They are overwhelming, can create physical symptoms as well as emotional .No researches  have proved that what is the exact cause of anxiety and panic attacks ; it can be due to past life trauma, poor upbringing, lack of vitamin deficiencies in body  As researches continue  on mental illness, it is becoming clear that root causes are combination of factors, including biology and environmental stresses. Like certain illnesses such as  thyroid anxiety disorders might be caused by chemical imbalances in the body. Studies have shown that severe or long-lasting   stress   can change the balance of chemicals in the brain that c
